Terms of Service

This is a translation of the Korean Terms of Service, provided so you can understand what you are agreeing to. The Korean version is the binding one; where the two differ, the Korean text governs.

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms set out the conditions and procedures for using FitShotPro (“the Service”), operated by Muse Studio (뮤즈스튜디오) (“the Company”), together with the rights, obligations and responsibilities of the Company and of users.

Article 2 (What the Service does)

The Service takes a photograph you upload and uses artificial intelligence to produce ID photos, profile photos, concept shots and the like. What comes back is a synthetic image generated by AI, and it is not identical to your original photograph.

Article 3 (Eligibility)

You must be 14 or older to use the Service. If you are under 14 you may not use it.

Article 4 (Your obligations)

You must not:

• Upload a photograph of someone else without their consent. You must hold the rights to take and use every photograph you upload, and where another person appears in it, you must have their consent
• Infringe anyone’s likeness rights, copyright or other rights
• Use a generated image to impersonate someone or to construct a false identity
• Generate images that are unlawful or offensive, including sexual, violent or discriminatory content
• Access the Service by automated means, or place an unreasonable load on it
• Circumvent or defeat the Service’s technical protections

You are responsible for any dispute or loss arising from a breach of this Article, and the Company may restrict your use of the Service where it establishes that a breach has occurred.

Article 5 (Rights in generated images)

The Company claims no ownership of the images you generate. You may use them freely, personally or commercially.

Whether copyright arises in a work generated autonomously by AI is answered differently from country to country and case to case, so the Company does not warrant that copyright subsists in a generated image. Generated images may also carry an electronic marker identifying them as AI-generated.

Article 6 (Notice on ID photos and official documents)

ID-sized images produced by the Service are synthetic images made by artificial intelligence. We do not recommend using them for official identity documents such as passports, visas or driving licences. Many countries and authorities require a recent, genuine photograph for identity documents and do not accept synthetic images.

If you submit a generated image for an official purpose despite this notice, the Company is not responsible for rejection, detriment or legal consequence arising from it. Checking the receiving authority’s rules is your responsibility.

Article 7 (Changes and interruption)

The Company may change or discontinue the Service. Where the Service is discontinued in full, notice will be given in advance. The Service may also be temporarily unavailable for reasons outside the Company’s control, such as maintenance, network failure, or an outage at an external AI provider.

Article 8 (Limitation of liability)

The Company does not warrant the accuracy or quality of AI-generated results, or their fitness for any particular purpose. Results may differ from what you expected; that is inherent to the technology.

The Company is not liable for loss arising without its intent or gross negligence, including loss caused by force majeure, by your own fault, or by failures in third-party services.

Article 9 (Personal data)

The Company processes your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Photographs you upload are destroyed immediately after generation and are not stored on our servers.

Article 10 (Changes to these Terms)

The Company may amend these Terms where necessary, and will post any amendment in the Service at least seven days before it takes effect — or 30 days before, where the amendment is unfavourable to users.

Article 11 (Governing law and jurisdiction)

These Terms are construed under the laws of the Republic of Korea, and any dispute concerning use of the Service shall be brought before the court of first instance having jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
